StageReady: Audition Prep, Stage Presence, & Confident Performance Day: Every Saturday from September 12th to October 31st, Showcase on week of November 7th Time: 11:30am-12:50am Age Range: 9 and Up Price: $15 Per Class or $95 For The Semester (8 Weeks + 9th Week Showcase) Description: Get StageReady! This practical performance class is designed to help young actors become more confident in auditions, rehearsals, and performances. Students will work on audition techniques, cold readings, monologues, songs, movement, character choices, introductions, stage presence, and the little details that can make a performer feel more prepared when stepping in front of a director or audience. The goal is not simply to prepare for one audition, but to develop skills students can use throughout their performing lives. Through exercises, mock auditions, performance activities, and individualized feedback, students will learn how to manage nerves, make stronger choices, present themselves confidently, take direction, recover from mistakes, and walk onto the stage feeling ready to perform.
