Day: Every Monday from September 7th to October 26th, Showcase on November 2nd Time: 11:30am-12:50pm Age Range: 8 and Up Price: $15 Per Class or $95 For The Semester (8 Weeks + 9th Week Showcase) Description: Discover what happens behind the camera in Intro to Filmmaking! This beginner-friendly class introduces students to the creative and technical process of making movies, from developing an idea and planning a scene to choosing camera shots, recording footage, directing performers, and putting everything together through editing. Students will learn through hands-on projects and collaborative filmmaking activities while exploring visual storytelling, camera techniques, production roles, and basic editing skills. Throughout the course, students will have opportunities to create their own short film projects while building creativity, teamwork, problem-solving skills, and a better understanding of how movies are made.
