Theatre For The Soul Workshop

Theatre is far more than performing for an audience. It can also offer a meaningful way to explore ourselves and the stories that shape our lives.

In Theatre for the Soul, we will use the art of sacred theatre and drama therapy techniques to discover our own inner “characters” and “plot lines.” Together, we’ll approach self-reflection with creativity and curiosity, exploring the roles we play, the stories we carry, and the possibilities for what comes next.

This workshop welcomes anyone who wants to dig deeper and examine their life through a creative lens. Come with an open mind and a willingness to explore.
