The Blockbuster Picture Show: From Screen to Stage

After an incredible week of creativity, collaboration, and performance training, the campers of The PACC's Summer Camp: The Blockbuster Picture Show are ready to bring Hollywood to the stage!

This one-of-a-kind showcase features talented performers ages 8–18 as they recreate and reimagine some of the most memorable moments from the movies. Through acting, singing, dancing, and theatrical storytelling, campers transform beloved cinematic scenes into an exciting live performance that celebrates the magic of both film and theatre.

Throughout the week, students have learned how to adapt movie moments for the stage, develop memorable characters, master choreography, and work together as an ensemble. The result is a high-energy theatrical event packed with adventure, comedy, drama, music, and plenty of surprises.

Families and friends can expect an entertaining journey through famous film-inspired moments, creative stage transformations, dynamic performances, and the incredible talent of these young performers. More than just a showcase, this production is a celebration of imagination, teamwork, and everything the campers have accomplished in just five days.
