Welcome to "Rainbow Slay," a 90-minute dance class that celebrates diversity, pride, and the power within every body! Pride is not only for June - we celebrate Pride year-round at Heart of Texas Turn Up! Embrace the colors of the rainbow as we hit the dance floor with sultry moves and bold, unapologetic choreography. As a bonus, this class will feature new choreography that has never been taught in our classes before to RuPaul's "Sissy that Walk." Get ready to express yourself as we create a vibrant and sexy dance experience where everyone belongs and everyone slays! Wear your fave rainbow outfits and get ready to Rainbow SLAY!
Turn Up Dance Fitness™ is a high energy, choreographed hip hop dance class that feels like dancing in the club with friends. Our focus is on moving our bodies in a way that makes us feel strong and empowered. With the music turned up loud and the party lights on, you are guaranteed to feel like your most authentic self. The Turn Up motto is: "Live loudly, dance ruthlessly, and evolve unapologetically!" This class is open to all levels of fitness, all bodies, all abilities and all gender identities - if you are looking for a workout that doesn't feel like exercise, then this is the class for you!
